Brett is a coach who specializes in helping sales executives achieve transformational growth for themselves and their organizations.  

With a fierce and lifelong devotion to understanding and mastering what makes sales leaders great, he is the founder of The Bard Group and creator of the Sales Engagement Coach℠ program which is dedicated to teaching the uncommon behavioral skills of top sales professionals.

Brett worked for more than 30 years with Fortune 100 companies providing solutions to large and jumbo corporate and not-for-profit organizations. His unique style of selling led to his consistently being the top-ranked salesperson, resulting in a 300% higher close ratio than that of his peers, and exceeding his sales goal 29 of 30 years.  

While he was mastering his selling approach, he developed a unique style of coaching that enhanced the collective skills of the senior leaders and sales teams who supported his sales achievements.

Linda Knox

Linda is a learning and leadership development consultant who helps individuals enhance their performance, leaders achieve more impact, and organizations differentiate and grow. She has coached leaders in organizations ranging from Fortune 50 organizations to FinTech startups across disciplines including sales, marketing, strategy, experience design, admired leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Her coaching and consulting are informed by 25 years of corporate experience in sales training design and delivery, managing teams, driving innovation, and delivering transformative business outcomes amidst highly matrixed and complex environments. That experience includes a myriad of senior roles at CIGNA and Prudential Financial.

She was the founder of Prudential’s award-winning university to which was attributed double digit sales growth, and the firm’s first Experience Officer resulting in new gold standards for the institutional retirement industry.
